Q: How are meals and boxes delivered?

A: Your meals are delivered fresh and packed on ice, so they can stay chilled for up to 6 hours from delivery.
Our boxes are delivered everyday except Monday.

Please note that due to the volume of deliveries if you are not home to accept the delivery it will be left in a suitable location and you will receive a text to say it has been left. It will need to refrigerated as soon as possible due to the perishable nature of the grazing boxes.

We require 24 hours notice for grazing boxes and up to 48-72 hours for meals.
Delivery is within 15km of Williamstown.

A: We deliver Tuesday - Sunday within 15km of Williamstown
Flat rate fee of $10 - Please contact us for a quote if you are outside of our delivery zone.
Deliveries are between 10am-3pm. We are not always able to provide you with a specific delivery time.

A: Pick up is available from 22 Maclean Street, Williamstown Tuesday- Sunday between 10am-3pm (by arrangement)

A: No. You don’t need to be at home to accept delivery, we package our food in insulated boxes, and that will stay chilled for 5-8 hours.
If you have any specific delivery instructions for the courier, please enter them during checkout.
